What is Priority shown in notice

You might have noticed that while sending notice to students, there is a priority in first section of Notice.

Kopila offers three types of priority (High, Low and App notifications only)

High denote all the parents will receive notice within 30 minutes of being sent despite having no internet connection. This means that the Kopila platform immediately delivers notice in-app once the app detects WIFI in the parents’ app. The platform waits for 30 minutes for the parent who are not connected to WIFI. After the timeout, The platform automatically delivers SMS to parents whose WIFI still has not been detected. Kopila will charge per SMS cost to School.

Low denote all the parents will receive notice within 2 days of being sent despite having no internet connection. This means that the Kopila platform immediately delivers notice in-app once the app detects WIFI in the parents app. The platform waits for 2 days for the parent who are not connected to WIFI. After the timeout, The platform automatically delivers SMS to parents whose WIFI still has not been detected.

App Notification Only does not have time limit. After the notice has been sent by admin, parent will receive notice only in kopila app. No SMS will be sent to parent.
